Epigenomics offers ready-to-go research kits for DNA methylation analysis of specific biomarker genes. Assays are performed on bisulfite-converted DNA from various sample sources. Epigenomics' real time PCR assays for the analysis of DNA methylation are based on our proprietary HeavyMethyl(R) (HM) technology. The assays are produced by TIB MOLBIOL (research-use only under licence from Roche Diagnostics). The kits contain pre-mixed primers, blockers, and probes for use with the Roche FastStart(R) kit as well as positive controls for the DNA methylation analysis of specific biomarkers or control genes.
