Epigenomics' Biomarker Discovery offerings allow the rapid, genome-wide identification of DNA methylation biomarker candidates in human and mouse samples. Depending on the specific clinical question, DNA methylation biomarkers can be used for various applications - like drug response prediction, disease prognosis or treatment monitoring.

Epigenomics uses Differential Methylation Hybridization (DMH) - a novel and proprietary microarray-based technology to rapidly profile the human genome for DNA methylation differences. DMH is highly reproducible and biomarker candidates obtained by DMH are ready for further exploration in biological samples.

Epigenomics recently launched OncoSign™ based on DMH - a biomarker discovery program in cell lines that allows quick identification of biomarker candidates for drug response prediction.
