Heino von Prondzynski (Chairman)
Mr. Heino von Prondzynski studied mathematics, geography, and history at the Westfälische Wilhelms University, Münster, Germany. He joined Bayer AG, where he held several positions within the company. Among other career accomplishments, Mr. von Prondzynski has been CEO of the diagnostics division of F. Hoffmann-La Roche Ltd., Basel, Switzerland and a member of the corporate executive committee of Roche. He is currently an independent consultant. Mr. von Prondzynski is an internationally recognized expert and accomplished business leader in the field of molecular diagnostics with an extensive network of contacts in the US, Asia and Europe.

Ann Clare Kessler, Ph.D.
Ann Clare Kessler holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and a Master of Science as well as a PhD in Biochemistry. For more than thirty years, Ann Kessler, Ph.D. held several senior positions at Hoffmann-La Roche Inc. in the US, including Vice President and Head of Exploratory Research and VP of Pharmacology and Chemotherapy, prior to moving to Switzerland where she was in charge of the International Project Management group of Hoffmann-La Roche in Basel for another 5 years until 1995.

Prof. Dr. Günther Reiter
Prof. Reiter studied Business Economics and Mathematics at the University of Tuebingen. Afterwards, he worked scientifically for the University's R&D department for Industrial Economics and earned his doctorate degree. Later on, he held several managing positions such as Manager Business Administration and Controlling at Trumpf GmbH & Co. in Ditzingen and finally as executive member of the Hofkammer of Wuerttemberg. As a Dean and Prodean, Prof. Reiter was actively involved in the development of the European School of Business (ESB) in Reutlingen in the 90's and started teaching there again in 2001 as a professor.
