As a result of the implementation of the 4th Financial Markets Promotion Act (4. Finanzmarkt- förderungsgesetz), §15a of the German Securities Trading Act (Wertpapierhandelsgesetz) became effective on 1 July 2002. Under these acts the reporting of certain securities transactions is legally mandated. Moreover, these transactions also have to be published without delay on the issuer's homepage for a period of one month.
