Bisulfite conversion of DNA is a well known procedure to capture DNA methylation information for subsequent molecular analysis (e.g. PCR amplification). Epigenomics developed highly optimized protocols for rapid and efficient conversion of even miniscule amounts of DNA (e.g. from body fluids).
