Review
Epigenomics AG held its 2nd Annual General Shareholders’ Meeting in Berlin with about 100 shareholders, its representatives and guests on July 10, 2006. The presence before the voting was at 11,491,458 individual shares, equivalent to 70.06 % of the authorized capital.
All TOPs were agreed to. The counterproposal of June 23, 2006 was denied. More detailed information are available on our German website.
